Jere L. Humphrey

Tenacious, diligent and persistent, a straight-shooter, are some of the words his clients and colleagues use to describe Jere. Jere is a seasoned trial lawyer having practiced more than fifty (50) years, with a wealth of general practice experience to serve the legal needs of a diverse range of clients. He has handled cases in both State and Federal courts and led to dozen of published court decisions. Mr. Humphrey has  filed briefs with the Supreme Court of the United States and has argued cases before the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. His experience coupled with his dedication and persistence allow Mr. Humphrey to provide the level of service his clients need and expect.
